Meet the Practitioner

Paul achieved a Distinction award for his Masters Degree in Osteopathy from the College of Osteopaths, while living in London. Throughout his studies Paul also worked as a sports-massage therapist at a multi-disciplinary clinic in Covent Garden, treating a range of clients, from London Marathon runners to busy office professionals. 

Paul's enjoys finding tailored solutions to individual musculoskeletal problems, working in partnership with his patients to maximise the body's potential for recovery and improved health.

Paul’s professional background is originally in the NZ music industry where he has enjoyed a successful career as a professional drummer. After relocating to London in 2006, he became a full-time cast member of the renowned West-End musical 'Stomp'.
It was through the physical demands of this role that Paul developed a deep interest
in the body's capacity for health and maintenance.

Paul is married with two daughters, enjoys surfing, cooking, and still loves creating, performing, and appreciating ‘good’ music!
